- Set air-conditioning to 25°C to conserve energy
- Created a Therapeutic Garden, a tranquil space to reconnect with nature
Social: Fostering Connection and Well-Being
- Hosted Staff Appreciation Day to promote camaraderie and recognize staff commitment
- Organized recreational activities, such as bowling and badminton tournaments to promote staff well-being
Governance: Leading with Integrity and Inclusion
- Conducted Cyber Awareness training, covering cyber threats, data protection best practices and PDPA compliance
- Equipped staff with knowledge to safeguard organizational data to maintain trust with beneficiaries and stakeholders
